When will my order ship?
JYork Supply Inc. generally ship out orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No. JYork Supply Inc. does not charge a restocking fee for returns made within 30 days of your order. However, we may charge return shipping fees in accordance with the policies outlined below. If return shipping charges apply, you will not need to pay them upfront. Instead, the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit once the return is accepted.
Received Correct Products (No Longer Needed)
If we shipped you the correct item, return shipping charges will apply. Since the correct item was shipped, we can only provide a refund for the item itself. Therefore, if you paid for shipping when placing your order, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)
If we sent you the wrong item, you can return it free of charge. We will not charge you for return shipping. If you paid for shipping when placing your order, we will refund the shipping cost along with the amount you paid for the item.
